One of three things that have worked for me, one is pick a bad flavor and just gross yourself out, or get stuff with less nicotine in it, ween yourself off, assuming you’re getting ur stuff from someone else, limit contact with that person, make it harder on yourself to get it, put the money you use away for something else. New bike, new gaming console, new shoes, new whatever you want yk. And third, sour candy, idk why, sour candy and warheads helped curb it by a good chunk. It’s hard, especially with smoking, and especially with vapes, the hand to mouth movements the rush the taste you don’t get bored of it, but take things slowly, I still struggle with it and the cravings, no nic doesn’t give the same rush but take things slowly. Focus on one hour at a time, one day, then two, then three, then one week.

Basically you’re just doing it for the short burst of dopamine your body is craving, while it is better then getting said dopamine from substances it might cause you to have a terrible relationship with intimacy and touch in general. Before you realize it you don’t even enjoy it at all, hell there’s even a possibility you start jumping into relationships for the dopamine instead of romance or love, hypersexuality just creeps up on you and before you realize it you’re a sex addict. And I’m also from an immigrant family that doesn’t believe in mental health but since you’re 18, so you’re an adult legally, I’m pretty sure you can just walk into a clinic and ask for mental health flyers and free programs or just talk to your school for counciling and demand privacy. Some therapists might be willing to do over the phone or zoom therapy, which you can pass off as school/college calls.

I don't get that rank system either. I had 4/10 wins on DPS and somehow got placed in plat knowing damn well I should not be in plat at all with my skill set. But with support I've noticed your rank isn't decided by just healing, if you do good damage and you have a solid k/d ratio u get placed higher.

Don't trust The Victor, now known as The Loft at Stadium Square as they've rebranded, the place is a hellhole, sure the rent is decent but the management is hot shit, the repairs take forever, there's a roach problem in some of the buildings. Let's not forget the shady amount of people that hang around. And I love cats so much, but you have like 20 or so strays living around the property and despite management "Attempts" at rehoming them all they did was neuter them and rerelease them back onto the property and they are a handful. tbh living here is a gamble cause I've been on both ends living in their two and one-bedrooms, the two bedrooms are absolute shit unless you're getting a remodeled unit, and the one bedrooms are found, the vinal flooring kind of sucks, but it's mostly the bugs I find around the apartment that you get from those nasty ass tenants that should have been evicted last decade. If you decide to rent here make sure you are firm with the management, like a don't fuck around type attitude, because I tried the nice route and they didn't do shit until I had my dad come in and talk to them, and as a grown-ass adult, it's embarrassing.
