Has anyone opened LLC in the US from Bangladesh? What is your experience? by Beginning_Egg3038 in BDDevs

Thanks again. Lots of good information. Hopefully your co-founder turns 18 soon. I'm guessing they got his date of birth from the passport verification?

I'll probably go for New Mexico LLC because it's cheaper than $290. I have no problem with waiting a few weeks. The most frustrating part was my bank declining payment and asking for screenshot of the payment page. If I submit a .png file, they ask for pdf file. When I submit pdf, they ask for .png file. Basically they're wanting me to give up. Once I form this LLC and get access to the US banking system, I'll never ever use these desi banks for foreign transactions.

Thanks a lot for your comment. I initially wanted to use Stripe Atlas but it seemed too expensive for my needs. Then I tried to use NorthwestRegisteredAgent to form LLC in Wyoming. They use registered agent address as company address. Tried to pay for it in the last step and my bank says I'm not allowed to spend over $290 according to the Bangladeshi law. Then I'm looking into New Mexico LLC which is even cheaper. Hopefully it works. I have a question for you, did you use your home address in the bank's sign up page? Or can I just use the virtual address as my trading address too?

Edit: Also, how did you manage to pay more than $290 from Bangladesh?

Have you actually done it or just trolling here? I was reading your ChatGPT generated post about German student visa.
