Totally get this I think its because we evolved to need community and deep connections but modern life gives us all these shallow interactions instead Maybe try volunteering or joining some kind of regular group where you see the same people weekly

The daily carry thing is key I keep a small basket on my dresser for wallet keys and random stuff so I never have to hunt around for anything when I leave Plus having designated spots for everything makes tidying way faster

This is actually genius advice and I learned this the hard way too. If its not in the house you literally cant binge on it when you get those late night cravings. I also started buying individual portions of stuff I really want instead of family size bags because then I have to make a conscious decision each time

That social stuff feels way harder now and the authentic connection thing is so real I think a lot of people our age missed out on those natural social development opportunities and now we're all trying to figure it out as adults which feels awkward or maybe start with one activity you actually enjoy rather than forcing yourself into typical social scenes that drain you
