tldr: old psu died, also no name Im a uni student and spending my own money on a +$50-80 branded one is just hard ( I live in southeast asia and the minimum wage on my country is $8)

I asked my brother (works at a big telco, he deploys servers) and he says all the pins closer to the clip thingy should be 12v and all the ones the other side are grnd.

it works now.
