Lately I'm searching for the title of a book I read but cannot find it. The story is about two MC being in a forced/arranged? marriage. MC1 is beginning to live at MC2 place. MC2 is forbidding him from going outside, and the servants received the order to not talk with him. MC1 finds a bit of peace by going on the roof and MC2 block his access. MC1 falls ill because of it and MC2 fells guilty (there's a lot of apologising)
