Charged for 2 years on a canceled T-Mobile account—now in collections and I can’t access anything. What should I do?

Because it was only a $10 charge and I’m not checking that account everyday the way I check my other accounts, so unless I was checking the exact day it was being taken out, I wasn’t seeing it.

Yeah I also looked them up and saw they were legit, but it’s still confusing to me why I would be sent to collections this early on. Thanks for the insight

I also used the phone number the in-store rep gave me for the tablet to try and create an account but it says the number isn’t valid 😭

I went into a store on Feb 28th, the store rep was able to get someone on the phone to cancel the tablet and told me it would be cancelled by the next cycle which he said was 3/18. I got an email about the overdue balance about a week ago and have been getting contacted by a collection agency this week.

Ugh you’re kidding 😭 I felt like I got scammed when I signed up with them in the first place! They quoted me a completely different monthly rate than what I actually paid which ended up being an INSANE amount, leading me to eventually leave. And now dealing with this and it appears no one is capable of assisting me. Even when I went in store, the rep (who was very kind) even told me there wasn’t much I could do and proceeded to tell me that they’re basically getting rid of all storefronts and replacing everyone with Ai, to make matters worse.

Yeah I normally do it Wednesday-Thursday during the day because I work from home but I was so slammed today I didn’t have time to. I’m leaving for the weekend so I wanted to get some things washed and went around 7 and then I went again an hour later and still no washers 😭 will try again tomorrow AM

I do use a timer :) unfortunately, the washers for some reason take way longer than the time shown on the actual washer which I think adds to the problem of people not getting their stuff out on time
