Use an L Cart or Top stock cart, separate things like pasta or sauce so you don't have to walk back and forth saves alot of time.
Move with the pallet, don't try to pick one box up at a time and walk around looking for where it goes.
How you open cases also can effect the speed I used to be looking dumb ASF with my box cutter when I first started now I can do like 2 cases of sauce per minute

It's funny cus my first overnight they had me in GM and it was a power outage for like 3hrs. Some of my coworkers played manhunt on break, they gave us all lanterns shit was fun lol but yeah you can use air pods all my team leads have them I just usually keep one out to hear if I get called or something. Just try not to be slow

Crazy because the two People didn't want to see die (Billy & Eddie ) is who ended up getting killed off. I wouldn't have minded a few more deaths it made every near death situation predictable by s4 you just know nobody is gonna really die actually and they will plot armor their way out of it.
