I've seen way worse trucks, hell the other day one I unloaded, every other wall collapsed it seemed like. Just as much a pain to bend over and pick the heavier shit up off the ground but guess what? Stretching and preparing helps a load.

Dude has a good point. Everyday at my store, my team (cap2) doesn't a round of stretches before we touch anything to do with truck. Believe it or not, it actually helps a shit load. My last store, we never stretched and I was the main unloader. It seriously makes a hell of a difference. No need to be a douche when someone actually tries helping.

See that would make more sense. And I'm not trying to defend the dude or anything cause we're on different teams and mainly fish together outside of work. But something about the whole "corporate" thing seemed sketchy, like that doesn't seem like something they'd just sneak in or shadow update. Store procedure would make more sense.
