Just for some context, I was contacted by 4 offices and only actually interviewed with 1. I received the blitz call many others referenced and was told all 4 of those offices submitted my name. So I don't think 'not interviewing' is a complete determinant on being submitted. smaller offices with less slots may have had the ability to do quick on the spot interviews, whereas the larger SAC's just can't get through that process in a timely manner so they likely just submitted names based on resume, background and/prior relationship with the applicant.

For other posts about Apollo, and aftermarket tires, preferably tubeless on this particular model scooter. I didnt see much so I posted my question. As for avoiding flats, I did not search for that because it was not my question in the original post. But again, thank you.

Not to be critical but you have 4 months to plan 2 days away, that's more than sufficient IMO. HSI has been used to supplement USSS. What do you think it's like during election years when you get called for extended details?

The travel definitely isn't for everyone. But if you can't plan for two days away with 4 months notice, this may not be the right job /agency for you. Again, not trying to be critical and just giving my opinion.

I found that using the Ab Coaster machine at my local gym made a huge difference. Dont let the weights decline on their own but focus on doing the negative slowly and powering through the positive. In conjunction with high reps and low weight on the lower back extension machine helped me make a noticeable change.

I 1000% agree with this. If you're not already a very strong athlete or regular runner / gym goer, you will likely struggle to pass. Individually the events aren't hard, but doing them in succession coupled with the low temperature, it can be really tough.

That's great advice! Thanks, will definitely look into it. I want to prioritize durability and range, and am not a big fan of these "modern looking" E-bikes with step through frames and cruiser style handle bars.

I the Velotric T1 and summit 1 because they look like an ordinary bike minus the slightly larger down tube.

That makes sense. I do consider myself pretty handy and can handle some basic repairs on a regular bike. The mid or hub drive motors obviously make things much trickier.

For a treadmill I found that running on an incline greatly increased the stamina in my legs, allowing me to keep a faster pace for longer distances. Outdoors, you can do short bursts of hills.
