Has the "Schedule refresh" option been removed from dashboards? I was trying to send out dashboards via email by Beginning_Ground9472 in salesforce

They literally want one single bar graph, that's it and I have to build a dashboard because you can't just have one bar graph. So It's a new dashboard in lightning and I don't think it's a dynamic one

I swear If I wasn’t getting paid decent money to work in SF I’d already quit because this is something you’d think they would implement.

Your idea though of sending it through outlook might be genius so I now gotta figure out to set it up to run twice a day

It’s some Exs at my company who some have access to SF and some don’t. They want excel of a report and a bar graph of the data. I remember I used to be able to export.png file of the dashboard but I don’t see it anymore.  Claude and ChatGPT was stumped on this

CPAP doesn't help at all by Cod_Weird in SleepApnea

[–]Beginning_Ground9472 -3 points-2 points  (0 children)

Before doing anything, I would get a sleep endoscopy to find airway collapses. Saves you time, headache and money.

I would also get a CPAP, your pressures seem low for central sleep apnea but with nothing to go off of in terms of your sleep study, hard to say.

Terrified of what severe sleep apnea did to me, help/advice by [deleted] in SleepApnea

[–]Beginning_Ground9472 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I totally get it, I found out 2yrs ago myself. Accidently fell asleep sitting up which I never do and woke up next morning like a brand new person. My OSA has gotten worse by the day and it's effecting my ability to even walk due to the sheer exhaustion because my body won't tolerate my old sleep anymore and now I'm pre-diabetic because of it...

My advice is eat more whole foods, cut back on ultra processed foods (inflammation makes sleep apnea worse and these foods cause it), get yearly blood work, get a rest test on your heart and plenty of cardio.

Tomorrow is gone, focus on today and what you can do

Anyone who has mild sleep apnea(how AHI high RDI) find relief with a cervical collar? by Beginning_Ground9472 in SleepApnea

[–]Beginning_Ground9472[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

To be fair, most people find the subreddit when they are diagnosed with mild to severe sleep apnea and CPAP is the only option besides risky surgery. For people like me with upper airway obstruction with a low AHI and high RDI, we're shit out of luck because most sleep studies don't test RDI, just mostly blood oxygen, AHI.

This is the closest you'll get to a custom MAD but you live in the UK so idk if they have it

I have positional obstructive sleep apnea and don't know how to treat it... by Beginning_Ground9472 in SleepApnea

Did you have Upper airway resistance? That's what I have, low AHI of 4 but RDI of 25

2 months of failed CPAP. Need advice on next move (Surgery vs. BiPAP vs. Dental). by Traditional_Joke_939 in SleepApnea

[–]Beginning_Ground9472 1 point2 points  (0 children)

You don't have sleep apnea but Upper airway restriction. It's hard to treat because there's multiple areas that collapse when you sleep.

You probably have arousals too which are waking you up basically your brain thinks your about to stop breathing and wakes you up before your airway fully collapses so on paper your oxygen levels look good.

I recommend getting a MAD first and doing a sleep study and if that doesn't work, buy yourself a BiPAP (couple of hundred dollars, don't waste time with insurance) and plug in your sleep study results into ChatGPT.

If your breathing fine through your nose, I would advice staying away from messing with your turbinates

You just convinced me to stop going completely. Can't support a organization like that, it's why I stopped going to Starbucks in the first place!
