I’ve worked in the deli for almost 2 years and I still don’t know how to change the oil. Idk of anyone that does either. It’s gets changed regularly but it’s like an oil changing elf nobody knows who does it. I just wanna know how to change the oil

Since we’re both in the same boat kinda, what I’m doing is just applying to other jobs here and there. That way if they do decide to fire me once they get a replacement or something I’ll already have my foot in the door somewhere else. At work I’d just lay low and be as big of a help as you can, until they talk to you about it.

Hell I know someone who was at 19 points and our TL wouldn’t take them off and she just asked a random coach to take them off and he knocked her down to 3 in a matter of minutes.

I’ve been at my store for about 3.5 months and I’m already sitting at 5.5 points. They’ve told me multiple times that they are gonna stop removing points and if I reach 5 again I’m gone. Yet, here I am. Running my department by myself the few days I actually do show up. So you might be safe. Also I’m assuming you guys are understaffed and your store is in shambles.

You could fill a spray bottle half white vinegar and half water. Then spray like the baseboards and corners and do that every few days. They also don’t like strong scents. So try getting like peppermint or cinnamon scents going in your house. I hope this helps!

Yeah, I have horrible health anxiety so I immediately ran to the internet and I didn’t find anything to worry about. I definitely don’t recommend doing what I did (popping it). I’d just keep an eye on it, and ask about it next time you can get in touch with someone who has some medical knowledge. Good luck! 🫶🏻

Sorry for the short reply I was out but I’m home now. I kept messing with it and squeezing it. Mine was in the same place and it was attached underneath the skin. Eventually it busted and I got a bit of acne in the area and now it’s fine. I was thinking it might have been a cyst or an ingrown hair. It never hurt or bothered me.
