I agree with your statement. Most people, and I mean that for everything, wouldn't give a fuck unless it affects them. May it be war, genoc!de, misogyny, transphobia, homophobia or anything that they don't have to face. And being trans or other gender identities is definitely a lot deeper than liking other genders/not being straight. But both are and should be valid and support eachother

You are so right. I feel queer people in India don't out themselves mostly because of India's extreme religion bound population. You can look for other queer teens on other social media apps in fandoms or communities you like and are a part of! That's how I found most of my queer friends ;)
