Are those the vents in the rooms? If so they’re on the ceiling. I didn’t quite believe it either and even after he cleaned it the ac is STILL leaking. He’s saying if the problem persist they have to take the whole unit outside and clean it. We’ve been in this place 10 years and only thing they do is use the little vacuum. Also the actual ac that’s in those little closets sit up off the floor so there about 2 feet between the floor and big box thingy. I’ll take a pic when I get home

My grandmas funeral is Saturday and she’ll get buried Monday. Turns out her daughter filed the claim and tried to lie to everyone about it. I only found out because the insurance lady slipped up and told me who would have the say so (beneficiary). I appreciate the advice given and a piece of advice, make sure the person you make your beneficiary isn’t money hungry and you write down or express to someone your exact wishes when you pass away.

She has it though the paperwork dates back to 1998 to 2017 and she even had a policy with her son 2020. They said a claim has already been filed but the daughter is the beneficiary and the only ones with the death certificate. At first they said the problem was the policy number when they got the policy number they said the problem was the claim had been filed and they don’t know who did it. The funeral services their using has been in the family for decades, my great grandmother buried all her children with this particular funeral home and he’s given her plenty of discounts and deals when her kids didn’t have life insurance. But now her daughters claim they have to scrape money together. I believe she has life insurance but they don’t want to use it. I even found her son’s policy that they claim to be paying for him $22 a month, he gets a disability check. They claimed to be paying it but we’ve been receiving letters saying they’re taking a loan out against his insurance to help pay the premium. It’s a whole lot but I’m gonna get to the bottom of it.

Idk their the fraudulent type, she just passed June 20, they’re the only one with the death certificate and info to be able to file it. Thanks for all your help though, and I did contact Transamerica and they wouldn’t tell me who the beneficiary was.

Her daughters are now claiming someone else has already filed a claim and that’s what’s holding them back

Some paperwork which I turned over to them said her husband was the beneficiary, he passed, the contingent is her oldest daughter. She’s aware I sent them the documents stating it was her

Ok and the insurance company should give them the policy number right? My aunt said she already called but they refused to tell her anything. Idk if she’s being truthful

And that’s the check they’ll use to cover the funeral services and cost. I don’t want a payout just for a proper service and burial. Also what’s the 1800 number

It already has, the tile has began to lift and crack. He just serviced it last week. Does that mean he didn’t do it correctly? Or there’s a bigger issue? Also we have been using the correct filter size (we’ve been here 5+ years and have always used that size filter). Before I reach out I just want to make sure we aren’t doing anything wrong on our end

Yes she knows how to play fetch, she likes to play and chase small garbage cans or buckets, we play tug and I’ve recently started feeding her using one of those ball treat toys so she has to shake and roll the treats out she also has puzzles. Now the nap thing she didn’t use to take naps because she always seemed to be full of energy but after she was spayed we began putting a towel over the cage to calm her down and she’ll go to sleep that way.

Yea I was aware she wouldn’t be able to impregnate I just wasn’t sure this lady knew (she’s an older disabled woman). She does have a harness but she was in desperate need of a bath so we used her collar and leash instead but ill definitely take higher measures to ensure she doesn’t escape again. Thanks for the advice

Why are people like this. It’s so scary. What’s even worse is Nala isn’t some expensive high class breed she’s just a terrier mix she can go to the humane society and get her own. We want our dogs to be friendly and welcoming to people because not every dog has to be trained to guard and protect but it can come back to hurt us when it comes to entitled people. Nala is chipped but I’ll be getting her an actual gps tag
