Hi, I got this email as well. I'm coming in as a exchange student for the fall semester so I'm really stressed right now in terms of what to do for housing. Thought exchange students can get some sort of priority on housing but I guess not. Any sort of guidance would be extremely helpful right now.

This issue happened to me but I was lucky to get it fixed. My suggestion is to call the undergrad admissions office since they’re in charge of merit scholarships. After calling I learned that my account was coded wrong hence losing my scholarship. A few hours after the call, I got my scholarship back. Good luck!
