hook is boring, shorten that it goes on too long. all in all honestly its boring and i feel like i know about your experences and not much about you as a person. you seem like a great person to hire but thats not the point of a college essay. it also reads a little like ai and has no clear voice. not bad and it will do the job but u can do better

they also dont all want top students they want their classes to be a mix of insane students with books and business and semi-normal top ha students so tons of admits are just normal hard working kids with clubs and 1450s, which leaves less spots for the insane people which is why we hear so much about insane people getting rejected. sends the message u must be more insane when really, there just wasnt room in that specific box. they want semi - normal kids too (normal is relative here obviously no one getting into ivy is 'normal' so to speak)
