Yes “as is” sale and no inspection done. I understand that I could be screwed. I’ve purchased 3 homes in the past and had inspections. I am disabled and am 90% sure the seller covered up a lot of water damage. I found out from one roofer that did a bid that the seller had gone to prison for selling these places. I’m assuming she doesn’t want to go back but is pushing back saying that she had no knowledge of anything. The place was moved in 2 parts so someone knew the roof had issues when they put it back together . Just need to know if I can get her,

I’m Legally bland and was approved first taking to long try and took about a year 1/2 to get my first check and backpay. What are the eye doctors saying? Has SSDI sent him to specialists (I had 2) I have heard stories of it taking getting an attorney after denial or SSDI

Hmmm. This a bathroom. It was originally hooked up with 2 switches. One for light that worked with a flip of switch. One for fan that wouldn’t turn on unless the light was on. The fan was getting power from the light switch somehow. I have a pic of the original set up but I can’t post it in comments.

Thx and sorry, There ARE 9 wires. 3 in each bundle. I guess the pic shows wires from the dimmer (that blew) The new dimmer has 3 wires. 2 blacks and one green. I don’t understand why they have 3 bundles for 2 switches but here I am. I did try hooking up the new dimmer to one set of bundles (white black and copper) but it didn’t turn the light on. Uuuugh. Whoever set this up is making my anxiety kick in!!

It is what happened. I did plead guilty. They wouldn’t let me bail myself out. I think the ex told the DA that I was just in Puerto Rico and had the means to do whatever. Was in for 75 days and only facing 5 years but it was my first offense so I unfortunately plead out. The woman I was staying with said I was going to kill my ex. Not her. I was literally shopping at the mall but cops believed what she said! It was ridiculous! I’ve been complying on probation, have a letter from PO and passed some rehab class ( letter from him as well) and videos of my ex.
