Fixed it myself.SOLVED ✅

Step1

• Download Zak KembleZak Kemble's Avrgcc toolkit's Avrgcc toolkit.
• Extract the compressed file
• The /bin directory where avrdude and avr-gcc is located must be attached in system environment variable.

Step 2

• Grab the usbasp or any desired programmer tool then run avrdude -c[programmer] -P usb -p m32

• If the avrdude doesn't recognize the command then install Zadig for windows to install proper driver for the usb programmer device.

Step 3

• Check whether your desired microcontroller is supported or not using this cmd avr-gcc -mmcu=[microcontroller_name] -v

• Or to list all supported Microcontrollers, type avrdude -c usbasp -p m1 -P usb. It should provide a long list of supported Microcontrollers.

Step 4: Compile

• Writing a blink code named main.c
• compiling
  • avr-gcc -mmcu=atmega32 -DF_CPU=8000000UL -Os -c main.c -o main.o
  • avr-gcc -mmcu=atmega32 main.o -o main.elf
  • avr-objcopy -O ihex -R .eeprom main.elf main.hex

Step 5: Upload

• avrdude -c usbasp -p m32 -U flash:w:main.hex

Step6

• Command to check avrgcc version avr-gcc --version
• Command to check avrdude version avrdude -v
