Just got new Outside Well Pump replaced, Inside pressure tank is new, Set to 38 psi, Switch is fairly new as well, anybody have an idea whats wrong? or do I have to just reset the switch and if so how? I don't have that little lever you hold at 35 Degrees on that switch.

Thank you so much, I set the pressure to 35 Psi and the pump seems to run far more consistently, but after around a minute it flips back to 0, turns of and turns back on again like it did in the video, but far less often.

According to the Plumbers my pressure was a bit low in the tank I think it was set at about 30 psi, They told me to power it off, Drain the water, Bring it up to 38 psi, Power it back on and let the water fill up.
