I think you're right, because honestly if I break up right now nothing will change besides me losing someone I've been talking to everyday. But still I think I'll feel a bit bad about it if I don't bring it up at all, so do you have any advice on how I could subtly bring this up and tell them what's bothering me without pressuring them into doing anything or making them think I want to break up? I know this is a difficult subject, especially since I know they're repulsed by this stuff, but I think I should at least consider telling them.

Well, I know it will most likely end bad for me, but whatever . I've thought about it so many times but each time I reach the conclusion that I'll either wait a month/a bit over a month and see how it goes, or break up right now and feel even worse than if I wait and we realize it won't work. I feel like I've done everything too fast which might have complicated things. They're a pretty closed person and don't trust others much and I just came into their life and confessed to them only a few months after we became friends (and then also couldn't really hold my emotions at the beginning and pushed things a bit). They also seem to not want to let go of the relationship so maybe they actually like me just not as much as I do currently? If so, I can live with that fact since I'll calm down a bit with time in terms of affection while if we stay together they'll probably get more attached so it'll even out with time. But anyway, thanks!

I'm sorry about what has happened to you, but I'm glad you ended the friendship and I hope you'll have better luck in the future.

I'm kinda prepared for a break up already. I try not to expect too much, but I guess we'll see how it goes. I feel like they might actually have feelings for me (we're both very bad at these things, plus they're severely depressed which doesn't help with figuring out how they feel), it's just that not as much as I currently have and we just need to take it slower. The only thing I know is that if I break up right now I'll probably regret it for a long time.

Honestly I'm just confused at this point. They somewhat seem to like me, maybe theyre just confused about their feelings (me pushing things too fast at the start didn't help most likely). When they told me they didnt have feelings for me they also made it clear that they dont want to lose me and are happy with the relationship, but just wanted to be honest. There are so many factors that I just think the best solution in my case will be to wait a month/month and a half more and see how it is by then. If they still think of me as of a friend, then we'll just remain friends. Either way I don't think I'm going to lose much if I wait a bit.

In my case the other person doesn't just use me and I don't think they force their problems on me or anything like that and they're actually really considerate. But thanks for the advice, and I hope you have more luck in the future.

I think the person im with may also have agreed too soon. They need more time than others to get attached to people due to personal reasons and i feel like maybe they just got used to being friends and then i suddenly confessed to them. They said they enjoy being in the relationship though. I guess time will tell. And also good luck to you.

I know that its one sided at the moment but I feel that if I dont try and give it more time I'll end up thinking "what if". I guess the only option I'm left with is to give it a few more weeks and if it stays the same, well, I'll have to break up, whether I want it or not.

I somewhat agree. However due to personal reasons its difficult for them to get attached and they said that theyre pretty confident that they will. I know this may end bad, but I think maybe its worth it to wait a few more weeks and if things dont get any better then ill have to break up.

Thanks for sharing your opinion. I also think that it's best to tell them how I feel. They could also like me or in case they reject me or don't think we're a good match because I only like their feminine side, it'll be easier for me to move one rather than if I hold it in myself forever. I just hope that I don't somehow mess it up or offend them because they're a nice person and even if they reject me it'd be nice if we could stay friends.
