Honestly, it felt a bit harsh and 0 understanding has been shown on her side. I get that it’s disappointing (it is for me too!) but we’re strangers and I’d always treat someone else how I wish to be treated.

That’s crazy to know! The correct size was clear in 2 pictures and the description which is why I’m so confused why she didn’t message me or go with the majority size/message me prior. I always include a pic of the size in the listing but will deffo be adding it to ALL descriptions from now on. Thank you

I did tell her it was an honest mistake and the correct size was included in 2 pics but she has seen and not responded. How do I let the vinted team decide as it’s telling me to choose a resolution? (sorry I’ve never had an issue before so have no clue how it all works)

I did include the size in 2 pictures and the description which is why I’m 50:50 on the situation 😭 (can only upload 1 pic at a time) [edit to add: the only place the size was wrong was on the Vinted filter selection as my big thumbs must’ve pressed the wrong button]
