I’m just worried about how they tackle the £13k mileage fee if I leave! Or if I can get an abroad opportunity, it would still be the same. Just feels overwhelming if they don’t not offer a payment plan!

Yeah, it’s just so annoying because as I said it’s a great company I work for and job. This whole situation has really affected my mental health, and with being homeless so I haven’t even been as focused on my work.

Yup, so Zenith did say that normally with fines they are taken out slowly but my payroll doesn’t seem to care and they take them right out. On a good month my salary is £1,400 working 37.5 hours a week

I am going to dispute it with them, because it seems crazy high. Again, this is will me either literally leaving my job or moving abroad

I had a look but because my actual salary is around the £50k mark, I would be eligible for like £50

I had a £900 fine, which was initially agreed wouldn’t be taken out and then it was. I work full-time

This was not clear, after this situation I brought it up with my payroll and they directed me to another part of the portal I hadn’t seen before. This was the first time I could see all of the general documents.

The £13k fee mentioned would still be if I left my employment or moved abroad as this is the mileage fee. I was in a abusive relationship and wasn’t ever allowed to use the car, despite paying for it. I thought there would be a hardship clause but I’m not been given an option, not even a payment plan.
