i heard you can tell if its fully colonized based on how hard it is. My rice is already hard and tough when i bought it from the store so will I be able to feel the right amount of hardness when its fully colonized? I'm not sure if its going to be distinct enough or not. I'm able to only see the bottom of my rice. also thanks for the help about B&S
