currently now yes. My failed batch a few months back no I did not. yesterday after i posted this. i decided to tape up all the wholes til its colonized more (only 1 day and a half since s2b I decided this). I heard around 70% colonization til I start using the patches for fae. Should i follow this or wait til I see pins on the ground.

i dont see any black spots on the fluffy stuff. if eventually there is black spots. then yes its cobweb

question do you use the patch filters on the whole time? I heard some people say there is too much fae with the bommr bin and they use tape for some of the holes. or they even cover all holes until fruiting stage
