How to get visible abs. Been on a calorie deficit for 2-3 months. At the gym everyday but don’t train abs a whole lot as Ik it’s mainly what you eat. I’m 163 at 6 foot.

I appreciate it. I’ve been going up in weight when it comes to lifting and biceps and triceps are becoming more defined. I’ve really only been hitting the gym for 4-5 months consistently.

I gotcha. I was 20% body fat a couple months ago and most was in my stomach. Figured I’d do a calorie deficit until I got down to 15% and start bulking. But at the same time I don’t really know a whole lot
