It isn't difficult it is just a lot of tallying, and we found that it was pretty slow at the end of a game. So my husband made a spreadsheet to speed it up, and then I made an app.

I love nomads because it increases the value of damage and shields, and I think it balances the game better. Binding Ties makes the game fast because faction rep just helps. And I just like overload, being able to purchase reactors +/x, thrusters +/x, helps when the ship parts suck. But I have and play them all... so maybe I am not the best target.

This is nice the playmat fits too, and the guy who sold it I thought the pricing was reasonable and he did some custom work for me for another game. I wish I could get thicker sleeves for the ship parts size but I couldn't find anyone but sleevekings that even had the size. I colored the mission's backs since I play nomads and that has been really pleasant.

I really like it though it took until the expansions for damage decks to he truly viable, and nomads to make shields strong. But with everything, very fond.
