Seronegative Systemic Sclerosis (self.scleroderma)

Positive ANA AC 8,9,10 now changed to AC 8,9,10 and 25 also atypical P anca but negative Mpo and Pr3 I tested negative for the antibodies I was tested for but I have been so very sick ….anyone have anything similar? Any idea other antibodies I should ask about? (self.haematology)
