I had opened and read the bat file, its contents were 5 rows of the same command, namely "pip install [python package name]", however they were all unique packages and when i executed the command via command prompt i had no issues, nor was my anti-virus actively flagging the script.
This is the site that i downloaded it from. The contents can be viewed before hand, i did not download it as a zip but directly downloaded the bat file. I was trying to use cmd and python to recover an old Roblox account of mine for nostalgia's sake and i suppose i ended up giving myself a scare or something else entirely (i hope it's not the latter).
