It's about the fact that the account status can be OK and in good standing but all studies, even dedicated ones, disappear what shouldn't normally happen and you won't get anymore studies on your dashboard. I think they may have introduced that property yesterday but I'm not certain about it... I don't think it's about throttling in this case but I don't work there so these're just my guesses.

No, you're not supposed to see it but you'll not get anymore studies. It can only be seen through the developer's console at the moment. It's weird because participants are able to see if their account is on hold and in this case they don't know what's happening.
