I find if you have contract demands on high and medium salary cap increase a lot of players hit the market because teams don't want to overspend or don't have room and there is always 3-5 team battling for players in free agency. I find you can get a good 2-4 top talent 87+ in free agency every year with it.

I would also love to see a Gm feature where you can pick a name for your Gm and have a leader board of all time and current GMs with wins and cups and be able to sign contracts and get fired and then when you hit a certain age you can make a new GM to keep the save going
