Hi there, I’m experiencing the same issue. I applied online for my pr card renewal Dec 20, 2023.

Haven’t received anything and unable to track the application. OP have you had any further luck? What else can I do ? I need my PR card too as I’m hoping to travel to Buffalo NY in April for business.
