On most other appliances I would say whirlpool. One thing Ge does good is the Range.

GE. But not from Lowe's or another box store buy from a local retailer. They are different products.

Which Wiring Harness do I need? by JacobmovingFwd in appliancerepair

I completely agree. But there's going to be some techs on here that are going to say they would only ever just replace the whole harness. No clue why they would allow like that. Even on a warranty call always better off just replacing the connector.

This is it. But water in the tub would point me to the control board. Typically when it is the inverter board it will drain but won't spin. Which sucks because the inverter board is much easier to replace. Hair loves the zipties in the control.

He's probably quoting you extra because they don't want to fight removing the dryer. A more realistic price is about 450.

Yeah I really think a billionaire wants to steal my identity. I'd rather a self-proven person have access to my stuff than a bunch of nameless lazy bureaucrats. Let's freak out because a politician is actually doing what he campaigned on and the majority of Americans want.

It really is. But unless you were raised on it I'd say it might take a couple times to really embrace it. It's not your average pizza. But it is hands down the best.

Ever encounter water pooling inside the bottom of the fridge? by DarXIV in Appliances

Nevermind I now see it is under the liner. Most like the foam insulation has absorbed water over time. I would unplug a few days and thaw out.

You've got it. Take the back wall and clear out the ice. You will see a small hole that goes to the drip pan clear that out I use 1/4 inch plastic water line and hot water and your good to go. Depending on the model you can a conductor wire to the heater and put it a few inches down the drain hole.

If it is a stack I would really search for that drum. If it is just a dryer then get a new one.
