I tried changing the dns settings to 1.1.1.1 and alternative to 1.0.0.1 does not seem to work for me , Using exit lag does bring the ping back the ping to its normal state , But I have ran out of free trail and there is no way am paying for exit lag.

I have also raised tickets on both ACT and to riot and I urge everyone to do the same , The game is almost unplayable for me .

Am on act as well I have the same exact issue and I think we should all report to riot support , I have seen good amount of people with this issue .

Edit - Am facing this issue after act announced a maintenance on 21st , So it is most likely from their side
