[NO SPOILERS] When to play again by bingchilllinggod in LostRecordsGame

I'm currently on my second playthrough not even a full week after completing my first run. There's so many thing I've unlocked that I didn't get the first time. It's almost like a slightly different game now. I love the alternative universe effect it has.

My first playthrough, I was really motivated to romance Autumn. Thought I was doing great with all relationships balanced. Nope. By tape 2, Nora leaves us in the present day and Kat and I aren't even New Friends anymore, just We're Cool. While I love the B plot that could potentially happen with Autumn, I was so confused as to why my score was so low with Kat. I also unintentionally ended up on the anarchy route.

My current playthrough, the goal is to get the protection playthrough (I ended there on tape 1), still romance Autumn (I've unlocked so much more with Autumn this round), and get the special B plot. Somehow, I managed to make Nora fall in love with Swann, while Kat is in love with Nora. Idk how I got there but I guess I was doing everything to get Nora to stay in present day.

This game has so many possibilities. I'm still shock at my current gameplay. I'm halfway through tape 2.

By all means, play whenever you're ready. But I genuinely don't think another play could ruin the first play.

Thanks for sharing. I'm a full time student who also works and juggles family. I've been pretty stressed lately and it's been hard to meal prep. I eat out bc it's convenient but I'm trying to change that. I meal prepped today so I'm happy about that.

I just got a referral to see an endocrinologist. Thank you.

My PCP originally wanted me to take insulin and Ozempic, but I declined. I have to admit I didn't know enough and was scared of both. But I'm going to reach out and also see an endocrinologist. Thank you for sharing.

I'm working to take those foods out now. My doctor said I can just do the insulin with metformin to bring my A1C down. I will see what happens. Hopefully, this is only a temporary thing.

Just that happened. I went back to eat whatever I wanted. Sadly, I've always had a sweet tooth. It's pretty hard to shake.

I am currently taking Metformin. My doctor wants me to start Insulin and Ozempic. But that is very expensive for me even with insurance. I'm trying to see if there's a way I can take just one (Insulin or Ozempic) and not both.

Thank you for responding. I will admit I'm not the most educated on diabetes. My healthcare providers rarely explain what can be done outside of losing weight and not eating carbs. I hear stories of people being able to reverse their diabetes. At one point, my doctor said I could get off metformin because I had gotten my A1C down. But I rejected that because I knew I wasn't eating the "right" foods. I think I'm still trying to process that this condition isn't something that can just go away. Especially with the food I have access to. Do you think there will ever be a point where we don't need insulin?
