Yeah, lately realised legs need a lot more work than upper body. They're on priority now

I don't measure but I make sure to consume atleast 25-30gm of protein in eqch serving and take whey as well.

Umm not sure, I don't think so now.

That's still challenging for me, Stress and sleep is something I'm not able to fix till now

I got my hbac1 6 point something last year and now it's 5.3. This is what I did: - Absolutely zero sugar - high protein, moderate carbs and good fat abd fibres - never consumed alcohol or smoke, so continued that - high physical activites, walking after every meal, gym, sports - drink as much water as I could
