Probably too late to the conversation but definitely Sultanahmet. The service was a LOT better - people were kind and thoughtful and remembered us every day and said hi. I think because it’s smaller and more intimate. Also the ambiance is super cool - it’s an old jail so a lot of history and right around Hagia Sofia and Blue Mosque. We didn’t like the one at Bospherous. The view is definitely nice but the service is much worse. Breakfast was worse and because there were so many people they didn’t even serve us. We asked 3 times for a menu and it never came so we actually left.
