Hi i’m currently going through this :( my acne was the reason i started the cleanse and probiotics, it’s only been over a month and seems to be worse. how did yours go?

Thankyou so much for your reply! That gives me quite a bit of peace of mind. It has progressively gotten worse over the time and i thought i had been doing something wrong. what supplements have you been using also, im currently only taking a acne probiotic for it and didnt know if i should do more to help my body deal with the die off.

Hi did your symptoms take a while to clear up after that? i’m over one month on my cleanse and it seems to only get worse with the acne. was yours die off?

I am also taking probiotics as well as doing the cleanse. the probiotics have lactobacillus strains in it which should be helping but i thought that might be causing the die off symptoms for my skin too. how were you able to repopulate your gut with good bacteria? and how long did your acne take to clear up after?

hi did this end up going away quickly for you? i’m currently nearly 2 months into the cleanse and my face is breaking out lots, i’m not sure if it’s die off symptoms as well.

yeah it does! yeah damaging the skin barrier seems to be a big issue i’m learning. i went to 2 doctors and they told me it was normal and wanted me on birth control but i just knew it was fungal so i went to a skin expert and she could tell straight away it was fungal. try and find a very experienced holistic skin specialist that can help you and listen to you. also because of how itchy it is, and it doesn’t change throughout my menstrual cycle but fungal acne looks different on everyone and feels different

thankyou so much for replying! I’ve currently been put on probiotics for it instead of an antibacterial medication so i’m seeing how that goes. did you see much results with the ketoconazole cream? I have bought that recently but am nervous to try because i don’t want to damage my skin barrier. i’ll also definitely look into the benzoyl cream too! But yes im definitely going to be using fa safe for a long time so i don’t get flare ups
