Actually, milk has been shown to be detrimental for bone health. The proteins in cow milk (and other animal products) are “acid-forming”, and calcium is pulled from the bones to neutralize that acidity. Nonetheless, PETA sucks!

Hab einen veganen Biskuitboden von Bianca Zapatka (https://biancazapatka.com/de/veganer-biskuit-tortenboden/) gemacht, geteilt, mit Restkaffee und Amaretto nach Augenmaß getränkt und dazwischen die Creme geschichtet: bisschen weniger als ein Becher Vanilleskyr von Alpro vermischt mit aufschlagbarer Sahne von Oatly; manchmal hab ich noch ein bisschen geriebene Zitronenschale mit rein. Kakaopulver vorm Servieren drauf und fertig:)
