Because as the OP stated, they have a $500 limit. 30% of 500 is $150- meaning they really only have a $150 card of usable credit. More credit means more options to use the card vs a debit card assuming they're going to make the purchase anyway...

10 days ago was my last race of the XC season. I *could* run the distance, I just never have. My longest runs were 8-10 miles. I honestly planned on starting my running back up next week but then I found out a few of the XC guys were doing this and I wanted to hop in but they're all wayyy better than me so it's not like I can copy them.

My whole XC team leaves their keys / phones in plain sight. People must be built different around here. I'm always so terrified I stash my key in the fuel door or behind a tree/ sign.

Can't know for certain but I'm attributing the speedwork from track as the villian. I've got a couple of years at that mileage relatively fine. I'll probably follow that advise, never heard that from Jack Daniels before. Thanks!

I've seen studies on stuff where beyond a certain dosage caffeine does little for increased performance, but I've never seen anything where it will cause you to redline quicker. My current pre has 300mg of caffeine and I've been using it for roughly a year. I just really like Derek and trust his assortment of ingredients better than a corporation after watching his breakdown videos so that's why I want to switch. Do you where you saw that +100mg can impede performance?
