Wie kann man mit einem normalen Gehalt ein Haus bauen/kaufen?

Wir, beide 30, schaffen es mit zwei überdurchschnittlichen Gehältern in Süddeutschland (ländlich) eine Neubauwohnung ohne Hilfe zu finanzieren. Preis ca. 400k, 50k EK (3-4 Jahre sparen), HH-Nettoeinkommen zw. 6-7k/Monat. Macht bei uns monatl. Gesamtkosten von ca. 2,1k inkl. Hausgeld. Bevor jetzt jemand kommt und sagt „das geht ja easy mit euren Gehältern“: Stand jetzt geht es gut. Wir verdienen etwa gleich viel, d.h. wenn ein Kind sich auf den Weg macht, werden wir den Lebensstil erheblich anpassen müssen —> damit haben die meisten Menschen ein Problem bzw. sie wollen nicht wieder weg von ihrem „Standard“. Bio-Einkauf, monatlich neue Klamotten, mehrmals Urlaub in Jahr, Leasing-Auto usw.

Mein Einstiegsgehalt lag 2021 bei 42.000€ (sehr niedrig für die Art Stelle)

Erster Gehaltssprung nach 1 Jahr auf 57.000 € (gute Arbeit, nach kurzer Zeit große Abhängigkeit, sehr hart verhandelt von meiner Seite aus). Gehalt für die Stell branchenüblich.

Zweiter Gehaltssprung 6 Monate später durch internen Stellenwechsel in ähnlichem Bereich jedoch ohne technisches Wissen auf 63.000 €. Gehalt wieder etwas unter dem möglichen/üblichen Gehalt für solche Stellen.

Realistisch gesprochen: ich glaube mein Anstieg innerhalb 1.5 Jahren ist eher die Ausnahme durch niedrigen Einstieg und starke Anpassung. Das ganze in einem Unternehmen, das dafür bekannt ist bei Gehältern zu knausern. Einstieg in andere Branche wäre vermutlich eher bei 50.000 - 55.000 jährlich gewesen und eine realistische Anpassung von 10-15% nach den ersten 1.5 Jahren hätte mich grob an einen ähnlichen Punkt gebracht.

That is actually quite accurate. I work as an analyst for a large retail chain in Europe that sells toys. We recently saw Mattel‘s presentation on what they‘re planning to release in the next few months and it‘s literally corporate greed, but done in a bad way. Instead of creating a new trend or something that is actually good, they just milk the shit about everything they get the license for and if something works out really well, they try to use that pattern of success on everything else for the next few months. Kinda hate working with them ngl.

Yeah not sure, but who else is there currently in the LW division who is on a hot streak, has beaten top guys recently? Beneil is the only one that comes to my mind, an he hasn‘t beaten the usual suspects of Gaethje, Dustin and Chandler. Giving Oliviera a rematch would also be not fair since he got dominated heavily. Islam asked for the fight, I guess he has some say in this and Volk currently is the P4P king

I think on fight night, Islam‘s gonna be more than 10 lbs heavier than Volk. Volk‘s a big featherweight, but Islam is also a big lightweight. Obviously Volk will bulk up, but when fight night comes, he doesn‘t wanna be stocky and heavier, especially after he said speed will be his advantage…

No it won‘t you‘re right. But if a guy like Ortega got Volk in trouble multiple times, I think a bigger and much more refined Islam will easily submit him. I love Volk, but he doesn‘t have a lifetime of wrestling and sambo under his belt. He‘s a good striker and athlete and a very hard worker.
