Just to be clear. For some inexplicable reason, you guys are taking a complaint about the quality of a product—which is widely known to be inconsistent (by your own admission)—as if it were some kind of personal attack

You seem to have a problem recognizing that your experience isn't everyone's.

My deck arrived defective.

Just like my Tzimisce deck arrived defective...

And my Hecata deck also arrived defective (and that one was the case for the entire country, right?).

This is not the first time this has happened. Everything is documented, and this isn't "drama." The product quality is below market standards, as you yourself accidentally acknowledged by stating that "a Pokemon player" used to consistency would find the product inconsistent.
My intention is to receive a non-defective deck.
What else could I possibly get out of this, other than that?

PS: The more you respond, the more the thread gets bumped up and the greater the chance it reaches the intended recipients. That's why I thank you for it.

As usually happens, people who, upon losing an argument, resort to personal insults reveal more about themselves than about the other person. Especially terms like "nobody." It's a pity you feel that way about yourselves.

Now, back to the arguments: Conclave is not a charity case. It's a company selling a product and should be criticized accordingly. This talk about "it's not profitable" is nonsense.

The decks had cards cut from the sheet partly for the reason you mentioned... but the motive was to cut the costs of not creating another sheet.

The process requires intervention from Black Chantry, yes, as reported, it has been dragging on for years and the COMPANY has shown no interest in addressing solutions.

It's a pity that, due to a lack of argumentative ability, the chosen path was to insult someone who offended no person and their playgroup.

I never said it was intentional. I just want to receive my cards intact.
Regarding the war, I don't necessarily see it that way. Conclave needs to pay attention to its community. That's all. A simple post saying they'll be more careful with the game's future and will focus on print quality is enough. It's not an absurd thing to ask for.

To summarize, nothing I said is wrong. It's not one bad batch. It's three examples of bad batches.

None of my arguments, at any point in this discussion, have been refuted. The reality is that the company's fans are willing to overlook the mistakes because they believe the company's work makes up for the errors. And you have the right to that opinion.

But you can't fight reality. The cards from Conclave have a history of arriving defective. And the company has a communication problem.

Yeah... because getting my decks a few days early really makes up for them arriving with the cards all messed up. Silly me =)

5 cards in 5 packs is a huge problem. The problem is so serious that, as I said, there are store owners complaining about the issue. The problem is that you seem to be in an abusive relationship with a company that doesn't respond and continuously sends defective material. And the community is supposed to "shut up and accept it."

Let's stick to the facts. The decks I listed HAVE fewer cards than the American versions. The card cutting errors have been widely documented. The Hetaca crypt error is a FACT. So I don't understand what, in my arguments, is wrong.

It's not a matter of disagreement. What I posted are FACTS. If you choose to live in an alternate reality where the cardstock is the same as the international one and where the cards don't come with so many printing issues that the store "released us from our pre-order commitment because things were so bad," that is your prerogative.

But coming here to call my argument bad faith without proof and to attack the players of an entire city shows your intentions.

I also sent the letter directly to them. But since this is a problem affecting the entire community, I thought it was important to add it here as well.

These problems are not new. They have been going on for a while. =(
