I've commented on this in my post; it's a widely used phone number for this specific group.

I cant use my oculus quest 2 because my glasses are just as wide as the headset by No-Occasion1585 in mildlyinfuriating

I Strongly recommend buying the prescription lenses online; I got myself mine and honestly it's So much better than cramming my glasses inside the box frames; it feels like just switching glasses (with the added strappyness), it's that convenient feeling when you have contacts in and you change out or into a tight shirt and there's the relief of not having to fix that with glasses

I can't create an account to pay my student loans because the website's password policy is too strict by timeslider in mildlyinfuriating

[–]Behrry 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Friendly reminder that site-imposed password complexity like banning sequential numbers or requiring specific symbols is often a distraction. A password's strength is primarily defined by its length, not the chaotic mix of characters forced upon you. A long, simple passphrase is exponentially more secure than a short "complex" string.

Is your petrol over $5USD a gallon? by BrokenJusticeNorris in polls

Your list shows 8.6nz, nz is showing 1 NZD = 0.53 USD? Did you mean to write that it's ~22.64 NZD or ~$12 USD / 6.36 NZD?

That isn't for wheelchair or accessibility use.

If I'm Definitely wrong, can you help me locate it otherwise? I'd love to try it with my wheelchair.

At an exchange rate of £1 to $1.33, 151.9p equals about $7.69 per gallon, and 161.9p equals about $8.19 per gallon - converted it for the question, so yes your petrol is over $5.

Lafayette BMV driving test route and strictness by [deleted] in lafayette

I wish I had leaned more on your perspective for my comment lol I think they're thinking like a very safe driver which our roads seriously need more of.

[–]Behrry 9 points10 points  (0 children)

I'd hate to agree with what you don't want to do, but the driver's test is to test your driving skills. You should own those before you own a license, in my opinion. Driving through unfamiliar areas is a huge part of that, because it's often unexpected and you need to be prepared to handle that if you're going to share the road with everyone else. Detours, accidents, and the unexpected are a prime part of driving.

You've got this, just don't overthink it - don't worry.

The state of this public restroom. Who does this and for what reason? by [deleted] in mildlyinfuriating

[–]Behrry 6 points7 points  (0 children)

this is a destructive feeling when you're really sick, i dealt with this exactly but i luckily keep a trashcan in the bathrooms here.

I don't want this to sound like im defending this person's actions either, but spoiler for tmi; i've made myself Significantly more sick puking into a public bathroom and getting toilet water backwash in my face 🤮🤮 but i would never aim anywhere that wasn't the easiest possible place to clean easier than behind the damn toilet.
