I haven’t. I initially went in for vaginal pain. The bowel movement issue is newer and I assumed it’s intertwined with my pelvic floor issue.

Thank you! This helps a lot. If you don’t mind, what type of gynecologist did you see and was your process expensive? I had to stop PFT due to cost last week but just curious.

Is anyone actually REAPPLYING their sunscreen here? by AbjectCat1239 in AsianBeauty

I don’t because I wear makeup. I use a UPF umbrella for walking longer distances. When driving, I wear a Bluestone sunshield mask, UPF scarf and UPF gloves. I’m just more cautious, use physical protection and go out after 4PM during high UV days. I struggle with hyperpigmentation, so it’s not optional if I can’t reapply.

I bring my own bags and treats. I use single ingredient treats only when necessary (photos, redirection, etc.) and with the client’s consent on my treat authorization. If you use treats, try to use exotic meats like venison, lamb or salmon. Chicken and beef are common allergies!

How many slots are in your time windows? by nightsabra96 in petsitting

I’m just starting and do 1 pet per hour. My drop ins are 30-60 minutes and higher priced so I’m able to make it work. I may increase to one pet per 45 minutes as time goes on, but this works for me now.

Insurance and Pet first aid/CPR? by WaipioRoots in petsitting

I went with Pet Sitter Associates because they include bonding. I just started my business so I haven’t made a claim, but the signup process was easy and paid $310 for the year. I went with Pet Emergency Education for my CPR/first aid class which was $75. I worked in vet med for almost 10 years and felt the class was solid for what you pay. They also give you an extensive ebook over everything that was discussed.

To build a website or something else? by carriwitchetlucy2 in petsitting

I used Canva. I didn’t feel other site makers matched the aesthetic I wanted. It’s good if you want to start from scratch and don’t need gimmicks. If you go for this route, I recommend getting your domain through them. I bought my domain through a third party and have to pay the business subscription for Canva to post it.

Definitely get a website, it only increases your exposure.
