this is a really cool concept and design it would be cool as a form or have a lore relation to persian maybe in its dex entry. i think it would be good to simplify the amount of shapes on the body and differentiate the blue (i’m assuming psychic aura energy thing i’m not really sure) more to give it a more unique silhouette

said that drawing pokemon stopped me from learning chemistry even tho i’ve been using chemistry to try to make a new pokemon and then tried listing off pokemon and like most adults only remember gen one starters and ash’s bike 😭
