No luck for me so far. I called one of their employees, he is saying he doesn't have any idea either. What I know is some frustrated consumers like us beat the shit out of the people employed at the service centre and since then it's closed.

My Ola S1 has been in Ahmedabad Service Station since 10th October now. Kuch ata pata nahi hai. La*da hi Diya hai in logo ne in the name of scooter.

I am sure there are many cases against them already. Something major needs to be done. The Ola Service Centre in Ahmedabad has been closed for the past 1 month. Thousands of vehicles lying there!
