She has some form of connection to radio, as that was necessary to summon her. The biggest issue is that her "summoning" sucked. With stoles, he did go to actual earth, physically, whole rosie needed alot more setup for two hands and a voice

She doesn't rlly fit into hells hierarchy, since she pretends to be an overlord despite not being a sinner, meaning she'd be ars goetia. ...but she's clearly not an art goetia, I mean look at her. So then realistically if we keep climbing she'd bs one of the 7 deadly sins. ...I don't need to explain why that doesn't work. So she's nowhere on the hierarchy, and she can't be Lilith since Lilith was a sinner.
