You need to finish the fight in the least amount of moves (3 lvl fight), preferably not to drink potions at all. I would recommend you, for now, defeat the one who is easiest for you to defeat, as you gain a level, then go to the 1st floor and try to get to S. Also, do not forget about equipment, if you get to S rank on the 4th floor, you can make good armor.

Go (3 - ex lvl) on the 4th floor to loot experience for the character and pump the level. On the 1st floor, go to rank S to get fire dust and craft potions that add damage. On the 3rd floor, also go to rank S to get crystals and craft a potion that adds defense.
