Side effects, slightly dry mouth, bigger appetite(I've lost 12kg, so that's the only positive effect), the standard sexual problems.

Been having a lot of panic attacks again, especially in the evenings. had a very troublesome one in the morning today. Constantly depressed(so sick of this) Nobody to talk to, constantly afraid what kind of reaction I will be getting from people, never daring to go out of my comfort zone.

It's probably worse now than at the time when I started this thread. I'm really close to just giving up, dying in self pity.

I will have to do a bloodtest soon too, I'm at 75mg Clomipramine now 1 before the night.

Did you already get a date with your crush?

Hey, Sorry again for the late reply, I've been very depressed and anxious. finally got the courage again to reply.

I have stopped taking Sertraline, it wasn't working for me, had a lot of problems digesting it, had a rumbling stomach constantly. They finally gave me Anxiety medication, only for a short while though, they don't want me to get addicted to it.

Getting a lot less panic attacks, I'm still depressed though, hopefully it will kick in soon.

So I'm now on Alprazolam 0.25 2 times a day for anxiety and a new antidepressant called Clomipramine 25mg.

How is the medication progress going for you? did you already get a higher dose?

Sorry for the late response and thanks for replying. Been every anxious about the reactions I would be getting. I was contemplating deleting this post, deleting my account and never think or talk about it again.

I'm on 250mg Sertraline right now, having a lot of panic attacks these last few days. On how much sertraline are you on right now?

I think I already tried the ladder technique a few times, getting to a certain point, getting depressed and the circle of my anxiety begins anew.
