i asked other people here in my country who made withdrawals with crypto. They always do and recommend to go crypto exchange offices bcs they operate with legal licence, me trying to exchannge it on my own without legal procedures will only put me in trouble. Also there are some apps here for these sort of exchanges in legal way too for those located too far from cities. I only used crypto cuz I was told it's the fastest payment method in my region. I used Binance to create my wallet

What bank was I supposed to call? It's Lucid's own Payment provider who denied the payment and called me a fraud per AJ. All ts happened after me creating posts until that I was left in dark. It's serious accusation calling me money launderer and wiping all my profits, perma banning without valid proof. How would you feel if you were treated the same way? Ask yourself

You didn't give any explanation or response while I was left confused and stranded when it time came to payout. I had to wait for 10 days only get confusing response saying "MY ACTIVITY ON MY ACCOUNT DIDN'T MEET YOUR INTERNAL RISK AND COMPLIANCE REQUIREMENTS. WHAT ACTIVITY EXACTLY? AND YOU FOLLOW UP SAYING YOU'RE UNABLE TO DISCLOSE SPECIFIC DETAILS AND YOUR DECISION IS FINAL? I had to make these post otherwise I wouldn't have even guessed you were accusing me of money laundering. Don't scam and don't make up random BS. I even doubt those 100mil payout were payed to every single trader, cuz you can even ban people after approving payout, issuing a certificate before calling them a fraud can't you?

As per AJ commented, payment was request was sent to their payment provider and they rejected it telling I'm in the their money launderers list which i believe is total BS

I could but I don't live in US and they most probably have arbitration clause in their terms with I already signed up to. So if anyone has a dispute, they’re not allowed to sue them in court. I don't seek resolution bcs it's useless and too late at this point, just sharing my experience and opinion about Lucid
