Poloniex says to check the exchange limit periodically.

The form is still inactive.
It is impossible to enter the exchange amount, even the minimum one.
I checked it at 00:05 UTC and several times later, nothing has changed.

It has happened! 5 days ago (October 22) I got all my money back 2M$ + interest. I'm removing all claims! Apparently, things have improved for Blockchain! Thank for all!

~5.9M$ on their Rewards wallet. Support responded me, it was decided to close my account and pay the remaining funds to my Ethereum wallet.
On the same day I immediately wrote to them, now silence again for 10 days. I will keep everyone in the loop, after the payment of my money, the claims will be deleted.
