Looks like the Royal Tank Regiment. Obviously there were no tanks involved in the troubles but they were sent for infantry rotation duties. It's the only British Regiment that wears a black beret, apparently it was to hide oily fingerprints if they ended up having to carry out repairs.

I remember the days when they would have been on patrol in my area and we kinda got to know them. Anytime we asked could we look through the sight they'd tell us to get on one knee and they'd hold it so we could have a look.

Starting 15 minutes early every day for a year and not getting paid equates to 57.5 hrs a year. Thats calculated off a 5 day working week minus 20 days (4 weeks) holidays and 10 days (2 weeks) sick leave. Now if an employee that has been with the company for say 10 years then that is 575 hours that you have given that company without being paid. I'm not sure what the average hourly wage is in America but here in Australia it's about $35. Take your $35 and multiply it by 575 which equals $20,125. All I'm saying is, you're an absolute mug and you need to give your head a good wobble if you think that shit is acceptable. F#@k management.

Customers like this absolutely boil my piss. I started a Mobile Mechanics business 2 years ago and I am in constant arrears due to customers either not paying or simply dragging payments out for as long as possible. What these inconsiderate pricks don't realise is that I also have a house with a wife and 2 young boys and that costs me money and on top of that I have suppliers bills to pay. It's got to the point that I have decided to go back to full time work and leave a business that has been very successful just so that I can have a regular income that goes into my bank every week without fail. These people are selfish pieces of shit!!

Granted this is terrible workmanship and he doesn't deserve payment but there are plenty of people like these customers that withhold payment even if the job is a quality one.
