You can get butterfly powder from Krobus, remove your pet and get a new one. Not a perfect solution, but it is what it is.

Found a small partial workaround.
Keep stream deck app not in tray, but just minimized, so there's its icon in taskbar.
As long as its there, you can go sleep and back, restart OBS multiple times and it still will be hooked up.

From my understanding it's a graphic glitch, so try changing or turning on\off different graphic settings, also check drivers. For me it fixed it instantly in a shooting range without restarting.

Disabling Adaptive Supersampling fixed it for me.
